ClassicLightingInc.com offers free ground freight (for most manufacturers) in the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, on orders with a value greater then $100.00. All orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of at least $15.00.
Due to the excessive weight of most ceiling fans a flat rate of $20.00 will be charged to any location within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Typically shipping times usually range between two to four weeks. In certain situations these lead times can vary based upon availability or customization of product. The customer will be notified of any excessive lead times. Expedited shipping is available on most products. Additional charges and fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer. All orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed over the phone at number 610-584-8710.
Large orders or oversized items that require truck shipping will be charged to the customer based upon size, weight, and destination. We will provide a freight quote to the customer.
Any additional shipping charges that need to be provided, such as but not limited to indoor delivery or rerouting to addresses different than the original shipping address provided with order, will be at the customers expense.
Signature service will only be offered if requested at the time the order is placed. ClassicLightingInc.com. will not be liable for any items lost in transit.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each order. However it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the order placed online or over the phone is correct.
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of placing the original order. Contact us via phone at number 610-584-8710 to cancel or make changes. Any cancellations or changes after 48 hours of placing the original order might incur additional charges to original order or deductions from credit for cancellation. However, we will make every effort to avoid additional charges or deductions whenever we can.
Any orders already in transit cannot be cancelled or altered in any way. In this event our standard return policy will apply.
Customer must contact us by email or phone to request a return authorization. All returns must be repacked appropriately in the products original carton and returned to ClassicLightingInc.com. freight prepaid. We do not charge restocking fees on internet purchases, however ClassicLightingInc.com. will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will only be issued for unused merchandise, products that have been installed are excluded from refunds unless proven to be defective or received broken.
If items are lost or damaged while in transit please report them immediately to ClassicLightingInc.com. Lost or damaged items will be reordered and shipped out expeditiously. If product is visibly damaged refuse shipment and notify customer service at ClassicLightingInc.com. ClassicLightingInc.com will file a claim with the carrier on behalf of the customer for damaged products as long as we have been notified within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement product will be reshipped expeditiously.
Defective product will be repaired or replaced at ClassicLightingInc.com’s discretion. Missing parts or broken glass are not considered defective. Report these items to our customer service department and they will be shipped out at no charge to the customer.
Exchanges will be subject to manufacturers restocking charges and any and all freight charges.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
